At Cell Repair 4 Less, we specialize in cell phones, but we are also dedicated to any and all electronics. This is a treadmill that stopped working correctly. After starting it up, the speed would not stay consistent. Most of the time, it would slow down when put under a load or eventually come to a halt.

After quick examination, I noticed quite a bit of dust near the motor and electrical board. I also noticed that there were some connections issues with the board.

Below is a shot of the board removed from the treadmill.

After removing the board from the metal housing, I re-soldered most of the connections along the bottom of the board, and replaced a burnt out resistor.

After repairing the board, i reinstalled it into the treadmill. The repair was a success. It worked successfully without any issues with its speed or function.
